Currently we offer movement + meditation classes by Noelle designed safely for those preparing or recovering from birth. She has specialized training in the pre- and postpartum period + is a mother of three. Whether you are growing a baby, recovering from a delivery, or in the throes of parenting—she will provide movement that will help you feel good in your body and not worry about harming it. The mind/body skills you develop will help you process your emotions of this massive transition into motherhood through movement.

Noelle provides private + small group barre, meditation + breath work classes virtually in the comfort of your own home. Noelle Dwyer, the owner + instructor of Solo Barre, is certified in the Tracey Mallet technique. This technique combines the strength training and lengthening of barre with high intensity intervals. Barre is a combination of yoga, palates + ballet. Consistency with this method can result in longer, leaner muscle development, while promoting higher endurance with strong cardio intervals. In addition she offers a guided meditation to close out each session that will leave you feeling strengthened, lengthened + balanced throughout the rest of your day. Having the opportunity to work in private + small group sessions allows Noelle to show impeccable attention to form + timing of each individual client. This tends to deliver the results you are seeking at a more consistent + timely rate.
