Rebecca Stevens has a Masters degree in counseling psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. Her areas of expertise and focus include disordered eating recovery and relapse, pregnancy, and postpartum depression with a depth psychology perspective. In addition, this mother of two has a background in comedy and a passion for helping mothers to be and their partners throughout all stages of motherhood.
